Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh institution ownership, shareholder dispersion, cash ratio, profitabilitas, tingkat pertumbuhan dan resiko terhadap pembayaran dividen. Variabel kontrol yaitu ukuran perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia kecuali perusahaan-perusahaan pada sektor jasa keuangan dan asuransi dari tahun 2006 sampai 2008.
