Abstract

This research use emprical normatif method in which the result of the research state that there are still many herbals or traditional medicine contains chemical material which is very dangerous and harmful for human health. Until now herbals are bieng consumed by people. The reason why herbal or traditional medicine becomes popular among people because of its price and its effectiveness. In the other hand, people do not know that some herbals they consumed is very dangerous because of the chemical material content. Mosf of victims do not know how to respond or complain about this case. The victims deserve either, through the courts or Costumers Dispute Settlement Board.
