Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada 3 (tiga) Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Yogyakarta. Adapun dimensi dalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yakni helping behavior, sportmanship, conscienciousness, participation in organization, dan keeping informed. Mengunakan analisis statistik deskriptif maka diketahui tingkat OCB yang berbeda pada setiap BPRS. Pentingnya penelitian ini pada BPRS karena manusia adalah roda
