Abstract

Health problems of children in every country is different because of differences in the environment that influence it . In epidemiological spread of disease among school children is still high . One of the main road entry of germs is by hand , so wash your hands with running water and soap or with alcoholic hand sanitizer is strongly recommended in order cut off the spread of the disease in children . The purpose of this study was to find out Effectiveness of Educational Hand Washing To Prevent Transmission of Disease in Children Aged 9-11 Years . The research method used is the method of experimental research is to design randomized controlled trial ( RCT ) . Samples are 102 respondents and conducted statistical analyzes to design the IRR . The results obtained by test analysis of the value of P = 0.000 ( P < 0.05 ) means that there is a significant difference in the incidence of pain in the test group , while the value of P = 0.317 ( P < 0.05 ) does not imply that there is a significant difference in the incidence of pain on the control group .
