Abstract
This study aimed to explore the work discipline, morale and working relationships to employee performance in the General Hospital of Sidoarjo. To achieve this goal, this study is designed in the form of an explanatory research with statistical analysis to detennine the relationship between the independent variables (job discipline, morale and. working relationships) to the dependent variable (employees performance). Statistical analysis model used is multiple regression (multiple linear regression). Sample in this research is 98 people with a consideration of research subjects are heterogeneous by using questionnaire method. The result is the conclusion that there is a positive and significant influence between job discipline, job spirit and working relationships to employee performance and of the three independent variables in the research job discipline variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. The relationship between the variable of work discipline, morale and working relationships to employee performance simultaneously at 0.539. While the donation / contribution of each independent variable (work discipline, morale and working relationships) to employee performance is reflected in the regression equation Y = 0.435 X1 + 0.201 X2 + 0221 X3.
