Abstract

This study aims to (I) analyze whether there is simultaneous and significant influence factors of Man resources development which consist of training, knowledge of technology, personnel and planning a career shift to employee performance in Sidoado District Office, (2) analyze partial correlation factors and significant resources development Man who consist of training, knowledge of technology, transfer of personnel and career planning to employee performance in the district of Sidoarjo, and (3) identify factors of human resources development consisting of training , knowledge of technology, transfer of employees and career planning have a dominant influence on staff performance in Sidoado District Office. To achieve this goal, the research was designed in the form of an explanatory research with statistical analysis to determine the relationship between the independent variables (training, knowledge of technology, transfer of employees, and career planning) to the dependent variable (employees performance). Statistical analysis model used was multiple regression analysis (multiple linear regresion). The sample in this study is 99. From the analysis it was concluded that partial effect of independent variables (training, knowledge of technology, transfer of employees, and career planning) on the dependent variable (employees performance) yield successive regression coefficient is 0.292 for the training factor; factor of knowledge of technology 0.265; employee displacement factor of 0.50; and career planning factor of 0.312. Of the four independent variables all had significant impact it can be seen from all the t test significance value less than 0,05. Variables simultaneously and significant training, knowledge of technology, transfer of employees, and canter planning affect employee performance in Sidostijo District Office, this can be seen from the significant value of F test of 0.000 <0.05. While the contribution of the four independent variables in this study the performance of employees can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.543 which indicates that the performance of employees in the Office of Sidoarjo District can be described by four independent variables amounted to 543% while 45.6% were influenced by other variables external variables in this research. In this research also found that training variables have influence more dominant than the other variables this can be sum from the t-caleulated value and the standard beta coefficient of 0.267 which is bigger than the others as well as the smallest level of significance is 0.002. From the results of regression analysis found a formula that is the relationship between the independent variables of training (Xi), knowledge of technology (X2), the displacement of employees 0(3), and career planning (X.) with employee performance dependent variable (Y) got the regression equation Y 0.685 +0292 X1 +0.265 X2 + 0.250 X3 + 0.312
