Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel semangat kerja, self dicipline dan commond dicipline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SDN 001 Pekanbaru Kota. Secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel semangat kerja, self dicipline dan commond dicipline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SDN 001 Pekanbaru Kota.
