Abstract

Bank Rakyat lndoncsia (BR1) is govemmental bank that provide banker service across country region. One of BR1 product is Kredit Umum Pcdesaan (Kupedcs). This product is specially designed for peasants that need financial support to develop their agricultural activity. The fact is until now costumer of Kupedes still growing. The aim of this rescarch is to know what factors that affect thc development of Kupedes in all BR1 branch in Sleman Region , Object of this research is Kredit Umum Pedesaan (Kupedes) that available in all BRI b'ranch in Sleman Region, and there are 27 branch units across Sleman Region. Data collection method in this research is using survey method. Dependemts variable (Y) in this research is Amount of Kupedcs, while indepcndent variablcs are nwnber of family (XI), numbcr of competitor (X2), and amount of costumer income (X3). Data from questionnaire collected than tabulated and analyzed using multiple regressions. According to research result, it can be concluded that amount of Kupedes costumer credit is very influenced by amount of their earning or income. From statistical analysis, a lihear regression equation can be formulated as Y = 1499275,504-259191,230.X1- 814824,491 X2 + 4,327X3. From statistical analysis also cen be known that the number of cOmpetitors is not have significant effect to amount of Kupedes because costumer trust toward BR1 is vary good so they never tum their back to another competitor.
