Abstract

This search scientific paper is a review of the study problems international relations is cultural diplomation and national interest. With a review on Indonesia's efforts to gain recognition of UNESCO on La Galigo as Memory of the World. This research method is to collect data that already exists. In the process of getting recognition of UNESCO conducted various efforts of government, individual or groups, or the people of Indonesia. On May 25, 2011, La Galigo get recognized by UNESCO in the trial of the International Advisory Committee in Manchester. With the recognition of La Galigo could become its own power for the image of Indonesia in the eyes of the world.
