Abstract

This research tried to analysis the news in infotainment Tabloid Cek & Ricek And Genie at October until November 2007, by taking 6 editions in every tabloid altemately. Intention of this research is to get the picture about collision on infotainment tabloid. Theory framework in this research see a reality about ethics problem on infotainmcnt tabloid. Methodologies that used in this research is contcnt analysis Klaus Krippenroff ( Content Ana(ysis : theory introductory and methodologies ), Laurance Newnan ( Social Rese,arch Methods), R Hosti ( content analysis for the social sciences and humanities). Result of this rcsearch give a picture that news in infotainment tabloid have impinged the ethics of joumalistic through 3 perspectives of collision that is not proportional, prejudice. and personal life. The collision percentage of 41 % news in infotainment tabloid impinge the ethics of joumalistic.
