This study is analyzing on documentary film "The Jak" about the construction of social society of fanaticism. This Documentary film produced by BOGALAK.ON PICTURES has been reaching award as an official selection in Cinemanila Film Festival, Boracay, Philippine, 2007. The purposes of this research are looking at fanaticism from the perspective of the subject and concern about how the fanaticism is being constructed by the media. This research discussed about the fact that Want to be uncovering fanaticism which is representing in the common life of people directly through a group of supporter and also what does the meaning behind the fanaticism act. The methodological that used is discourse analysis with model of structure by Teun A. Van Djik, share in 3 faces: text analysis, social cognition, and context analysis. The result pronounce that "The Jak" describing fanaticism the Jakartan people about the proudly of Jakarta, Persija and Jakmania. The negative aspect was rising because the act of The Jak it self. And also the leckness of interaction among the supporter and common people, also the sterotype from general people about Jakmania. That perspective has been gown down with the filmmaker, the act of Jakmania given result about constructiviness and stereotyping negatively fanaticism. The result of this research is content 3 things. The representation of fanaticism rising because the one of materializing about proudly and the fell of love concerning Jakarta, Persija and Jakmania. So in their self was rising ethnocentrism concerning Jakarta as justification on their attitude. The construction of fanaticism has changing becomes an instrument and fanaticism changing becomes ethnocentrism. The ideologi that want to
