Abstract
Micro suction ear is a tool that is useful for removing dirt that has accumulated in the ear which
uses the suction system to work. In this study, the aim of this research is to make a medical aid,
namely ear micro suction with 3 levels of suction speed parameters for children -60 mmhg, for
adolescents -100 mmhg, and for adults -120 mmhg, this tool is designed to use a DC motor as
the main component of This research tool and the circuit components used in this study are
advanced electronic components that are easy to find on the market. The highest medium
pressure was 0.90 and the lowest value was 0.13 and the difference measurement at the highest
high pressure was 0.76 and the lowest value was 0.23. the permissible tolerance for micro
muction is + -10%. at low pressure with a tolerance range of 54 mmhg - 66 mmhg, the tolerance
range for medium pressure is 90 mmhg - 110 mmhg, and the tolerance range for high pressure
is 108 mmhg - 132 mmhg.
