Abstract

“Medication error, which is the patient's loss due to the use of drugs that should have been prevented when
handling medical personnel, but this can be prevented if factors causing medication errors such as incomplete
assessment of patient drug allergy or incomplete prescription writing can be reviewed by a doctor and if errors
occur in reading recipes that cannot be read by pharmacists should reconfirm the doctor, so these things do not
cause. prescribing error. Prescribing errors are the main problem between medication errors, prescribing errors
include everything related to prescription writing. Prescription writing is the competence of dentists in health
services that comprehensively applies knowledge and expertise in the field of pharmacology and therapeutic
appropriately, safely and rationally especially to patients
