Abstract

The negative impact of climate change and global warming has been
recognized by many people in the world. It should open awareness of
hospital management as a contribution to prevent these negative impacts.
The above condition is enough to be one of the strong reasons that hospitals
in the future need to take concrete steps through "environmentally friendly"
policies that place ecological interests and the sustainability of natural
resources and the environment as one of the indicators in measuring the
success of hospital services and quality. An environmentally friendly hospital
is a hospital that continuously supports public health by reducing
environmental impacts that can eliminate its contribution to the burden of
disease.
This thesis aims to evaluate the planning, organization, mobilization /
direction and supervision of the management of the Regional General
Hospital Towards Green Hospital in Central Halmahera Regency. This
research was conducted using a qualitative research approach, namely
evaluation review and identifying a problem using theoretical explanation
and interpretation as well as readiness, which must be built based on general
data in observation through an interview that must be analyzed. Based on the
results of research and findings in the field, the final conclusion regarding
the Management of Regional General Hospital Management in Central
Halmahera District Towards Green Hospital Hospital has been going well
although there are still indicators that need to be improved or optimized.
