Abstract

INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pengalaman, kompleksitas tugas, tekanan ketaatan, self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap audit judgment. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 88 responden akan tetapi dalam penelitian ini peneliti hanya mendapat sampel sebanyak 48 responden yang berusia 21-60 tahun.Dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit judgment. Kompleksitas tugas tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit judgment. Tekanan ketaatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit judgment. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit judgment. Locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit judgment.
