Abstract

Merokok merupakan suatu kegiatan yang banyak dijumpai di masyarakat. Keadaan ini akan menimbulkan banyak penyakit patologik karena asap rokok mengandung xat-xat kimia yang berbahaya, bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian, baik bagi perokok itu sendiri maupun orang lain yang ikut menghirup asap rokok tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan histologis otot jantung tikus (Rattus novergicus) setelah inhalasi asap rokok putih dan terapi air magnet.
