Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) adalah penyakit yang akan diderita seumur hidup, tidak bisa disembuhkan tetapi dapat dikendalikan. Penatalaksanaan penderita DM mengarah pada komplikasi yang sudah terjadi ataupun untuk mencegah timbulnya komplikasi baru. Neuropati otonom diabetik (DAN), merupakan salah satu komplikasi kronis DM yang memiliki prognosis buruk yang berkaitan dengan sistem saraf otonom, salah satunya adalah pada sistem kardiovaskuler dan hipotensi postural merupakan salah satu gejala klinisnya.
