Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh IT Infrastructure Capability terhadap Higher Education Performance dengan IT Application Orchestration Capability dan Process Agility sebagai variabel mediasi pada Perguruan Tinggi di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah Higher Education Performance, sedangkan IT Infrastructure Capability digunakan sebagai variabel independen, process agility dan IT Application Orchestration Capability sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari Pejabat Struktural pada Perguruan Tinggi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menurunkan tujuh hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan alat analisis SEM-PLS melalui aplikasi SmartPLS v3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IT infrastructure capability dan process agility berpengaruh positif terhadap higher education performance. Sementara itu, IT application orchestration capability tidak berpengaruh terhadap higher education performance.
