Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh IT Governance, IT Application Orchestration Capability terhadap Higher Education Performance dengan Process Agility sebagai variabel intervening pada Perguruan Tinggi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah higher education performane, sedangkan IT governance dan IT application orchestration capability digunakan sebagai variabel independen dan process agility sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan dari Pejabat Struktural pada Perguruan Tinggi di Jawa Tengah dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menurunkan lima hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan alas analisis SEM-PLS melalui aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa IT Governance dan Process Agility berpengaruh positif terhadap Higher Education Performance. Sementara itu, IT Application Orchestration Capability tidak berpengaruh terhadap Higher Education Performance.
