Abstract

INTISARI

Luka bakar sering te adi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan banyak ditemukan kasusnya di rumah sakit
yang disebabkan trauma suhu dari apr, caiian, listrik, radiasi. Kandungan lendir &kicot
metilkolin, &pamine, 5- hidrositriptamin, Lholinesterase, monoaminoksidase, dismutme superoksida
serta glutathione-S•tramferase yang bertindak xbagai antioksidan, antimikroba dalam penyembuhan
luka bakar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pem&rian gel lendir bekicot
(dcHiinn Alices secara topikal terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar demjat 11 peda tikus putih
(Anrfur riowegicus) melalui pengama& makroskopis.
Penelitian ini menggunakan design guy experiment. Sampel yang digunakan 30 tikus putih yang &rumur
2 bulan dengan krat 200-250 gnini yang dikelompokkan menjadi 6 kelompok terdiri atas kelompok
Control negatif 1 &pa perl&nan, kelompok negatif 2 di&rikan basis gel, kelompok kontrol positif
diberikan Biopiacenton0, dan kelompok lendir bekicot 5% 10%, dan 20%. Induksi luka b&ar dilakukan
selama 10 d£ik menggunakan suhu 100°C dengan diameter luka 20 mm. Observasi dil&ultan xtiap hari
dengan mengukur diamater dan prosentase kesembuhan luka. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan uji
Kruskal-Wallis.
Remta proses penyembuhan luka bakar pada gel fiendir &kicot 20% sebesar 66,94% selama 19,80 hari,
bioplacenton seksar 55,78o/• selama 22,00 hari, gel lendir &kicot 10% se&ur 53,16% selama 22,20
hari, gel lendir bekicot 5% sebesar 57,61% selama 23,00 hari, basis gel sebesar 52,99% selama 23,20
hari, kontrol negatif sebesar 48,31% selama 25,00 hari dengan hasil uji mussel- Wallis p=0,489.
Kesimpulannya yaitu lendir kkicot 20% paling efektif dalam penyembiilian luka bakar dari diharapkan
dilakukan penelitian lanju& dalam bentuk scdiaan yang lain serta diuji co& &1am jenis luka yang
lain.

ABSTRACT

Burn wound often occf4r in daily life and many cases are found in hospitals that caused by thermal
injury of tie fire, fluids, eiectricity, raâiation. Snail mucus content of acetylcholine,
dopamine, 5-hidrositriptamin, kholinesterase, monoaminoksidme, superoxide dismuim# and
glutathione-S-trauferase which act m oxioxidaxa, antimicrobials in the treameni »1'b« »nd.
purpose of this stwdy to examine the eQective ess of the pmvision of the mucus gel snail (Achatina
fulica) topically to the hating of second-degree bum wound in the rat ftse norvegicus) by macrosc
R!’* observation.
This study used a design quasy experiment. The sample used 30 white rats
aged 2 months body weight 200-250 gran, which are devi&d iHo d graups comisting of negative control
group without treatment, gel base, Bioplacenton, and 3%, 10%, 20% snail mucus gel. Induction burn
wound for 10 seconds using a femperature of l00°C with 20 mm diameter wound. Observations done each
day by memuring the diameter and the percentage of wound healing. Data were analyzed using
Kruskal-Wallis test.
Meon procentage burn wound healing of 20% of snail mucus gel 6d.94% for
19.80 days, bioplacenton 55. 78% for 22.00 days, 10°Z› snail mucus gel 53.16% for
22.20 days, 5% snail mucus gel 57.61% for 23.00 days, base gel 32.99% for 23.20 days, negative
control 48.31% for 25.00 days with the results of the Hruskal- Wallis p-0.489 . The conclusion
obtained from the StMdy of 20% snail mwus gel is most effective in healing bffrn wound and expected
to further research in other dosage forms and tested in other types of injuries.
