Abstract

INTISARI

Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) merupakan infeksi yang didapat.
atau timbul waktu pasien dirawat di rumah sakit.40”5 dari HAIs adalah kejadian
Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK). ISK adalah presentasi klinis dari mikroorganisme
dalam urin yang melebihi batas ambang normal mikroorganisme tersebut
(210SmL urin), yang berpotensi menginvasi pada jaringan dan struktur saluran -
kemih. ISK pada pasien yang terpasang kateter biasanya disebabkan oleh bakteri
gram negatif yaitu Escherichia coli, Klebsiellasp, dan Enterobacteria sp.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui angka kejadian infeksi
saluran kemih simtomatis, pola kuman penyebab ISK, dan indikas ipemasangan
kateter di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. Penelitian ini merupakan
penelitian deskriptif analitik non eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kohort prospektif. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari
131 pasien yang dirawat di bangsal Melati 1, 2, Alamanda 1, 2, 3, Bakung,
Cempaka, Flamboyan, dan Nusa Indah 2 yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan
ekslusi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan cara total sampling.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka kejadian ISK simtomatis di
RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul sebesar 114,75Xo. Dari 3 kultur sampel urin
yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa dari ketiga sampel tersebut disebabkan oleh
Escherichia Coli. Indikasi pemasangan kateter sudah tepat 100Y6. Saran bagi
RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul adalah untuk memperhatikan perawatan
kateter pada pasien yang terpasang kateter.

ABSTRACT

Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) is an infection that can arise
when patient hospitalize, the infection come from hospital. Almost 4054 of HAIs
is Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) accidental. UTI is abnormal clinical presentation
of microorganism inside urine that more than the normal threshold (210”mL
urine), than can invade tissue and urinary tract structure. UTI on patient with
catheterizations usually caused by bacterial gram negative called Escherichia coli,
Klebsiellasp, and Enterobacteria sp.

The purposes of this study are to know the prevalence of UTI with
symptomatic, the pattern of microorganism that cause UTI, and the indication of
urine catheter insertion at PanembahanSenopatiBantul State Hospital. This study
is descriptive analytic non-experimental, use guantitative design with cohort
prospective approach. The sample were 131 patients who hospitalize at Melati
1,2, Alamanda 1, 2, 3, Bakung, Cempaka, Alamanda, and Nusa Indah 2 wards
according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technigue used total
sampling.

The result showed that the prevalence symptomatic UTI at
PanembahanSenopatiBantul State Hospital almost 114,7596o. From analyzed 3
samples urine founded that caused by Escherichia Coli. The indication of urine
catheter insertion was exactly 10096 fit. For panembahanSenopatiBantul State
Hospital suggestion is give attention about urine catheter care on patient with
catheterization
