Abstract

Employee presence system uses the journal of resence less effective and efficient in the process of its use. In the process of data reporting, management data of presence must enter the data manually into the computer before reported. While monitoring of employee discipline can only be done manually through employee signatures contained in the journal of presence. The above problems can be reduced by using the android based technology by smartphone began to evolve rapidly. Android-based employee presence system can be a substitute for the journal of Presence as media of presence. So that employees only do the filling ID Employee and password using a special device is used as a media of presence. Presence Applications android-based employees will directly record the time of presence of employees while the presence of data recap can be done with the data backup of presence and system will store data recap presence in .csv format. From the test results of Presence application can record the time of arrival and return of employees in the system, beside that the data recap can be done either using this application.
