GLOBAL PANDEMIC STUDY: TATA KELOLA KESEHATAN INDONESIA DALAM PENANGANAN PANDEMI COVID-19 (2019-2020)

This thesis aims to describe how Indonesia implemented the global health governance concept in handling Covid-19 toward Global Pandemi crisis, especially in the aspect of accountability when conducting the health governance and diplomacy in handling Covid-19 issues. This is qualitative research and constructivism approach, which using the content analysis method to find out Indonesian government strategy responses, policy,and action to handle coronavirus at the firts year. This article found that Indonesia government using the global health diplomacy strategy as the concept of global health governance to gain the vaccine and evacuated the indonesian citezent in abroud as one of the way of government to overcome the pandemic. In domestic level, the health governance implemented by indonesian government with colaborative stategy that leaded with the Satuan Gugus Depan Penanganan Covid-19 organisations. This thesis also found that Indonesia faced some of problem in handling the pandemic in fields of emergency, precautions, preventions, and early detection management for pandemic. This situation has an impact to health policy, economic, social and eduction. We also knows that Indonesia have some problems that makes it more complicated in handling pandeminc. It shows how important of good governance of health diplomacy and governance including prepareness in health disasster mitigation in country to handle such of effects of global health crisis.
