Abstract

This research is entitled Effectiveness of Village Fund Management in Lape Village in terms of Community Participation in 2021. This study examines how the effectiveness of village fund management in Lape Village is viewed from the perspective of community participation and examines what factors affect the effectiveness of village fund management in the village. Lape is viewed from the perspective of community participation. Where community participation in Lape Village related to the management of Village Funds is still minimal. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and interviews from various related parties. The data collection technique is by using primary data and secondary data. This study uses the theory of effectiveness according to Budiani and uses the theory of factors according to Pangestu. Where this study uses two variables, the first variable uses 4 indicators, namely targeting accuracy, socialization, objectives and program monitoring. While the second variable uses 2 indicators, namely internal and external. Furthermore, this study provides the results of a study of how the level of effectiveness of village fund management in Lape village is seen from the point of view of community participation that is carried out and what factors influence it. From the results obtained by the researchers in accordance with the variables used in this study, of the overall indicators used, only 2 aspects of the indicator achieved the level of program effectiveness and 4 other indicators were still less than optimal.
