Abstract

Background: The Implementation of the procurement of medical equipment and spatial unit in the dental clinic is an important factor in supporting the efforts of the health service. Procurement of medical equipment and layout require additional budget, this is due to the adjustment that must be implemented by the unit in the dental clinic of RSUD Batang. The purpose of this research is to know the process of implementation of the procurement of the goods and the adjustment of the spatial units in the dental clinic of the Hospital General Area of the Batang in the era of the pandemic Covid 19. Methods: The Study used qualitative methods (case studies). Subjects were HOSPITAL employees Batang amounted to 7 respondents and 2 respondents triangulation with total sampling technique. Data analysis using qualitative interactive model Results: The Implementation of the proposal, planning, budgeting, procurement and adjustment of spatial units in the dental clinic has been running well and in accordance with the procedure, although not as perfect as for the needs of the proposal, the procurement of health is not yet fully in accordance with the needs of dental poly. Barriers to the procurement of goods and the adjustment of the spatial units in the dental clinic due to a limited budget or do not conform with the realization, so that the requirements proposed to be considered according to the priority. The risk of procurement of goods and the adjustment of the spatial units in the dental clinic that has not been met, the management responsible in this case to reduce the risk of with the provision of PPE level 3, the vaccine and the form of protection there are mentoring. Conclusion: The process of the procurement of the goods and the adjustment of the spatial units in the dental clinic of the Batang Regional General Hospital in the Covid 19 pandemic era has gone well, although it is not fully in accordance with the needs of the user / dentist.
