Abstract

This study aims to examine the willingness to pay in terms of flood disaster mitigation. The subject of this research is the community in Muja Muju Village, Yogyakarta City. This research method uses the Contingent Valuation Method. The type of data in this study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 150 residents in Muja Muju Village, Yogyakarta City. The results of the analysis show that the variables of income, flood inundation height, and distance from residence to the river affect the Willingness to Pay flood disaster mitigation in Muja Muju Village, Yogyakarta City. While the variables of education level, age, and number of family dependents have no effect on Willing
