Abstract

This Research Aims To Test The Effect Of Psychological Empowerment, Enabling Use Of Controls And Ethical Climate On The Quality Of Performance Assessment System (Empirical Study at Universities in Yogyakarta). This study uses a purposive sampling technique used to collect quantitative data. The data used in this study is primary data using questionnaire data from 182 lecturer respondents at universities in Yogyakarta which was then analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study prove that Psychological Empowerment has a significant positive effect on the Quality of the Performance Appraisal System, Enabling Use of Control has a significant positive effect on the Quality of the Performance Appraisal System, and Ethical Climate has a significant positive effect on the Quality of the Performance Appraisal System
