Abstract

“This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and sales growth on firm value with deviden policy as intervening variable.””The sample used in this study is manufactur company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020.”The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and the research data were obtained as much as 115 samples. The analytical tool used in this study was SPSS 25. The data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of the research in the first equation show that the variable of profitability have no significant effect on deviden policy while sales growth have negative significant on deviden policy. The results of the research in the second equation show that the variable of profitability and dividen policy have positif significant on firm value while sales growth have no significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy cannot mediate the profitability and sales growth on firm value
