HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG CARA MENYUSUI YANG BENAR DAN BAIK DENGAN MASALAH-MASALAH LAKTASI YANG TIMBUL PADA MASA LAKTASI DI PERUMAHAN DAYU PERMAI NGAGLIK SLEMAN, YOGYAKARTA

Problem on feeding currently is so many, founded in our society. It is due to many young mothers do not know how way to feed properly. Is there relationship between mother's knowledge on way to feed properly and problem revealed in lactative time at Dayu Permai Residence? The research uses non eksperimen method with cross sectional studies Kuesioner and data result of research which have been collected not entirely weared. Data weared is data influencing research criterion. Data will be presented in the form of descriptive in the form of percentage of 28 mother with a good knowledge who have low lactation problem is 44%, 10% mother have 10% middle lactation problem and 2% mother have high lactation problem. 21 mother with a middle knowledge who have low lactation problem is 18%, 24 % have middle lactation problem and nobody have high lactation problem. I mother with a low knowledge also have a high lactation problem. According from the available data, we can see an important connection between mother's knowledge about how to give lactation for their baby in the right way, with a lot of problem that may happen during mother give lactation to the baby. The problem can decrease if the level of knowledge about lactation increased or in the other word at the high level.
