Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Government Governance, Organizational Commitment, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Local Government Employees. The subjects of this study were employees of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Temanggung Regency. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire method. The sample of this study amounted to 102 respondents who were selected by using a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. By adopting the theory of stewardship, this study derives three hypotheses which were tested using the SPSS v.22 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Good Government Governance, Organizational Commitment, and Performance of Local Government Employees have a positive effect on the performance of local government employees.
