Abstract

<div class="J0lOec">Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaturan kerja fleksibel terhadap perilaku kreatif yang dimediasi keseimbangan kehidupan kerja di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pada saat wabah Covid-19. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen aktif Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang bekerja pada saat wabah Covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini, 145 sampel responden dipilih dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi dan Uji Sobel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan kerja fleksibel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kreatif dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memediasi pengaruh antara pengaturan kerja fleksibel terhadap perilaku kreatif.</div>
