Abstract

ABSTRACT

This research aims to clarify and examine about the effectiveness of Unit Layanan
Pengadaan as assessor in e-procurement. The aims of this research is analyses the
result and the way of ULP and LPSE in preventing the miss operation in the job.
The other significant aims are to clarify about the assessment values that should
be implemented by the ULP officer. Even though, the assessment values should
be deceived by the effectiveness. In addition, this research aims to analyses the
problems faced in implementing e-procurement. The implementation of E-
Procurement that rises every year will affect the social impact. Therefore,
Therefore, the hypothesis that e-procurement affect the effectiveness of both of
department in e-procurement should be implement the job better. Second, the

effectiveness also causing the better financial management.
