HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEBIASAAN MENONTON TELEVISI KARTUN KEKERASAN DENGAN PERILAKU AGRESIF (KAJIAN PADA PERBEDAAN JENIS KELAMIN DAN AKTIFITAS IBU)

Television have more big influences if compare with others media, cause of audio-visual characters. The research in Indonesia shows, children watching tv usually 35 hours in a week. And the children mostly like cartton movie when they watching tv, and it makes them feel so comfort to sit in hours infront of tv. In that cartoon movie it self, there are so many violance, harassment, defamation, fighting, etc. And each children have possibility to imitate what they hear and see without compare the good and bad things before. In this situation, hopes the caution and more attention from parents especially mother. And the purpose of this research is to know the relation between the habit of watching violance cartoon movie on tv with agressive behavior (study on the differences of sex orientation and mother's activity). This research is unexperiment research with cross sectional method. The example of this research are student in elementary school, specially in class 4 and 5 with 125 students that can reach the inclution and axclution criteria. The data take by quetionare that through validation test before. The analysis of chow test (test of equality coeficiency) shows unsignificance value with F count 0,720 < from F in the table 3,070 on the differences of sex orientation between the relation of habit watching violance cartoon movie with agressive behavior. And in the differences of Mother's actifity shows unsignificance value with F count 0,472 < from F in the table 3,230 between the habits of watching violance cartoon movie with agressive behavior. Based on these research, it can conclude that there's no different relation between the relation of habit by watching violance cartoon movie with agressive behavior based on sex orientation and there's no different relation between the habit of watching violance cartoon o tv with agressive behavior of mother's activity.
