Abstract

Pemilos activities using the E-Pemilos Application organized by the Kulon Progo RegencyKPU in collaboration with the Kulon Regency Diskominfo This has become an attractionfor researchers to research further, considering that the E-Pemilos application-based Pemilos activitieswill be carried out simultaneously in Kulon Progo Regency in 2021. The purpose of this studyis todetermine the effectiveness of Political Education in equivalent high schools in Kulon Progo Regency. by using the E-Pemilos application. The method used in this research is qualitative researchwithacase study approach. Furthermore, for data collection techniques using FGD, interviews anddocumentation studies. The results showed that this activity had been carried out accordingtotheplanned timeline, school participation and student participation increased rapidly, general electionprinciples such as direct, general, free, confidential, honest and fair could also be reflected. inthisactivity. Effectively, the socialization of the purpose of holding the General Election which is usedasa Miniature Election is not understood by voters. The technical description of the Pilkada cannot befelt because the implementation is carried out in their respective homes, it should be done semi-online. Infrastructure is considered less effective because not all voters have the same facilities.
