Abstract

Indonesia had several foreign policy focuses prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, namely: Protection of Indonesian Citizens, Sovereignty Policy, Economic Policy and Economic Diplomacy and International Leadership. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic, it changed to Indonesia's Response Regarding Covid-19, International Peace and Stability and Protection of Indonesian Citizens. In the policy changes that exist in the use of William D Coplin's Theory, there are several aspects that must be considered, namely Domestic Politics or Domestic Politics, Economic and Military Conditions and the last is the International Context Here, Each of these aspects must be considered because they influence each other, especially under certain conditions. such as covid-19, the government must pay attention to domestic political stability, the level of impact given by the economic sector and how international conditions are in conditions such as covid-19 before the government can make foreign policies.
