Crypto investors in Indonesia grew rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially during this year, with a total of 8.2 million investors and a total transaction value of IDR 370 trillion. The amount of transactions boosted tax revenues which during the pandemic experienced a decline. The number of crypto asset investors reached 10 million during the Covid-19 pandemic. 40% of crypto asset investors are dominated by the age of 25-34 years, which is the productive age, which has an impact on reducing unemployment and improving the economy individually and nationally.
