Abstract
This study discusses the organizational justice include procedural justice, distributive justice and religiosity to affective commitment. This study needed to understand the phenomenom better organizational commitment. This study therefore uses one type of affective organizational commitment is affective commitment. This study was a cross sectional quantitative research. In a technique used questionnaires to collect data. Questionnaires conducted in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II. The total respondent were 199 employees. Determination of the respondents conducted by total sampling. The results showed that procedural fairness positive significant effect on affective commitment with the results of parameter estimation 0.292, CR = 4.098 , distributive justice has a significant positive effect on affective commitment with the results etimasi parameter of 0.246, CR = 3.396 and religiosity has a significant positive effect on affective commitment with results of parameter estimation of 0.528, CR = 5.675 with probability ( p < 0.05 ) .
