Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of information systems on the performance of agencies in the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu. The object of this research is the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu, while the subjects are the community who use the services of the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu and the employees of the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents for the community using the Rokan Hulu Dukcapil service and 65 respondents for the Rokan Hulu Dukcapil employees. Sampling was carried out using simple linear regression analysis. Prior to data analysis, the instrument quality test was conducted, including the validity and reliability tests. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that the use of information systems has a significant positive effect on the performance of agencies in the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu, both from the community who use the services of the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu and employees in the Dukcapil Rokan Hulu
