Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance and strategy of Village-Owned
Enterprises in the face of the pandemic of Covid-19. This research was conducted
at BUMDes Tridadi Makmur , Village Tridadi, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The subject in
this research is the Head of the Village Tridadi, Secretary of the Village Tridadi,
Pengurus BUMDes Tridadi Makmur and the Citizens of the Village Tridadi. This
research uses the descriptive qualitative method where researchers draw
conclusions obtained from the primary data which is done by interview and
observation done directly, and secondary data obtained through the website, social
media and other documents related to the research. The results of this study showed
that BUMDes Tridadi Makmur of our performance and strategy in maintaining its
business amid the pandemic Covid-19, during the period of the pandemic is able to
develop new lines of business which helps in the return pulse of BUMDes that had
experienced dormant in the face of the pandemic of Covid-19. Line of business that
was created to boost the income that is large enough, the business was created
because of BUMDes always see opportunities and not despair in the face of difficult
circumstances. From the aspects of performance that used aspects of the services,
the aspects of accountability, improving the standard of living, aspects of the
observance of the laws and regulations and aspects of the strategy of the business
conducted by BUMDes Tridadi Makmur run these aspects well, so although amid
the pandemic BUMDes survive, remain to help the community, it remains to provide
funds to the village and is even able to run the business unit that is new.
