Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Non Performing
Financing, Sharia Bank Indonesia Certificates, Inflation and Exchange Rates on
the Financing to Deposit Ratio of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The object of this
research is focused on Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units for
the period 2014 to 2019. The analytical tool used in this study is the Multiple
Linear Regression Analysis Method with the Eviews v.10 analysis program. Based
on the hypothesis testing that has been done, the results show that the SBIS and
the exchange rate have a negative but significant effect on the FDR of Islamic
banking. Inflation has a positive and significant effect on the FDR of Islamic
banking, in contrast to the NPF which has a negative and no significant effect on
the FDR of Islamic banking.
