Abstract

This research aims to analyze financial performance strategy at PT. Mandiri Jogja International facing the covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were staff of finance and employees of PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional. Informant selection techniques in this study used purposive sampling method. The types of data used are secondary and primary data. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the activity ratio measured using total asset turnover ratio (TATO) and profitability ratio measured using return on asset (ROA) decreased. The decrease in the ratio was caused by the impact of the covid 19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in sales and a decrease in the company's profit. The impact of pandemic covid 19 for PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional is decreasing sales, decreasing profits and reducing the number of employees. PT Mandiri Jogja Internasional's strategy in maintaining financial performance in the midst of the covid 19 pandemic with reduced working hours has a direct impact with reduced production costs and marketing development.
