Abstract

This paper attempts to discuss the effort of United States of America Government in 2018 - 2019 to solved their trades deficits, spesifically towards China. On a purpose to achieve its goals and solve its problems, United States Government is implementing a trade regulation with protectionism as its base to protect their domestic comodities. This particular action are related to United States Government decision to acting against WTO and attempts to interfere WTO decision making process. United States Government actions are mean to somehow affects and forced WTO to serve United States Government Interest and desire.
