Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of sustainability reportrelationships, financial performance, good corporate governance, concentrated ownership structure with green banking as a moderating variable. The data population used is banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 that issued a full annual report as well as a sustainability report. There are 55 samples produced through purposive sampling method. This study lowered seven hypotheses tested using SEM-PLS analysis tools through SmartPLS v3.0 applications. The results showed that financial performance and good corporate governance positively influenced the company's value and the disclosure of sustainability report and concentrated ownership structure had no positive effect on the company's value. While green banking cannot strengthen the positive influence of sustainability report and good corporate governance on the value of the company and green banking can strengthen the positive influence of financial performance on the value of the company.
