Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Overall E-Service Quality dan Customer Engagement terhadap Behavioral Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Trust (Studi pada pengguna aplikasi Traveloka). Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik puposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 209 responden. Menggunakan metode survey dengan cara menyebar kusioner secara online. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif dari penelitian ini menggunakan software smart PLS. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa overall e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Engagement, Overall E-Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, overall e-service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer trust, Customer Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, Customer Engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer trust, customer satisfaction menjadi mediasi antara Overall E-Service Quality dan behavioral intention, customer trust menjadi mediasi antara Overall E-Service Quality dan behavioral intention, customer satisfaction menjadi mediasi antara Customer Engagement dan behavioral intention, dan customer trust tidak dapat menjadi mediasi antara Customer Engagement dan behavioral intention.
