Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Climate dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Happiness at Work sebagai variabel Intervening pada karyawan UPT Balai Yasa Yogyakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan UPT Balai Yasa Yogyakarta yang terletak di jalan Kusbini No. 1, Demangan, Kecamatan Gondokusuman, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 150 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik kluster, data dianalisis menggunakan metode Path Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Organizational Climate dan Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Happiness at Work; Organizational Climate, Perceived Organizational Support, dan Happiness at Work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Happiness at Work memediasi hubungan antara Organizational Climate terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Happiness at Work memediasi hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
