Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on performance with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable. The research was conducted by involving employees of PT. Indah Kiat in production division as respondents. A total of 200 employees from 336 total employees in the production division became research respondents, who were selected using a saturated sampling technique (census). Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Path Analysis technique (path analysis) with the help of IBM SPSS 24 software. The result shown that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance, innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance, selfefficacy has a negative and insignificant effect on innovative work behavior, and self-efficacy has no significant effect on performance with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable for employees of PT. Indah Kiat.
