Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Leverage and Company Size (Size) on Dividend Policy with Liquidity as a Moderation Variable. The objects used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The technique used in this research is the purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Especially for moderating variables using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The type of data in this study is secondary data in the form of annual reports of manufacturing companies sourced from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, leverage has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, company size has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, liquidity can moderate the influence of the Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on dividend policy, and liquidity is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on dividend policy
