Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of dividend policy, capital structure and profitability on the value of companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2018. The selection of samples was carried out using purposive sampling techniques, which were carried out by submitting several criteria so that 158 samples were obtained. Testing was conducted using SPSS 21.0 for windows using multiple linear regression analysis statistical methods. The results showed that dividend and profitability policies had a significantly positive effect on the company's value, but the capital structure had a positf and insignificant effect on the company's value.
