Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh authentic leadership terhadap affective commitment dengan affective well-being dan individual creativity sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT BPRS SURIYAH. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 117 responden. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner secara offline dengan mendatangi PT BPRS SURIYAH. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu pengujian kualitas data, pengujian asusmsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective well-being, Affective well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment, Authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment, Authentic leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Individual Creativity, Individual Creativity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment, Authentic Leadership berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Affective Commitment melalui Affective Well Being sebagai pemediasi, Authentic leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment melalui individual creativity sebagai variabel pemediasi.
