Abstract
: This research aims to determine the effect of cozy model, location and price either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction. This research is then classified as a causal explanatory type of research with a quantitative approach. This study used a purposive sampling technique by taking 80 consumers of Dapoer Fezdaf Café Syariah Belitung as participants to respond on questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that the cozy model has no effect on customers’ satisfaction. The suitability between the concept and the atmosphere of the café that comes from the room layout and customers’ satisfaction is relative. Location and price have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, this is based on the ease with which consumers can access the location and the suitability of the prices offered by the cafe. In addition, cozy model, location and price simultaneously have a significant positive effect on customers’ satisfaction.
